On submission of a complete enrolment form, an invoice will be e-mailed to you by the end of the next working day, including all payment details required. Use these details to authorise payment for the full amount, either by going to the bank in person or using an online or telephone banking system.

Cheque

On submission of a complete enrolment form, an invoice will be e-mailed to you by the end of the next working day. Use these details to write a cheque, made payable to the Xenon Group, then send it to our accounts department in Leeds.

Credit/Debit Card

We currently take credit card payments via Paypal. You need to have a Paypal account in order to use this facility. Please note that we have to charge 5% administration fee to cover the cost of using Paypal.

On submission of a complete enrolment form, you will be e-mailed an invoice which will include details of our paypal account. This will be sent by the end of the next working day after enrolment. Use the details on the invoice to pay the outstanding balance.

Monthly Payments

We currently set up monthly instalments by standing order. This service is interest free - no additional charges or interest payments will be applied to your account. If you enrol on an Award or Certificate qualification, the payments will be split over 6 months. For a Diploma, payments will last for 12 months.

On submission of a complete enrolment form, you will be e-mailed an invoice with all the details you'll need to set up a standing order. All you need to do is fill out the form and return it to us. You'll be able to start the course once we have received the first payment.
